are u gonna build up to that dose like adding 1 iu every week

if u just go straight to 8 your gonna have pretty bad sides for your whole cycle start at 3-4 then go up an iu every week that way u dont get terrible bloat (its still gonna be bad at 10iu) and get like your airway swollen n shit (carpal tunnel i think)

its not beneficial at all, you grow, build muscle and recover while you sleep so thats when you want the most gh running around in the system
