Is splurging worth it?

Will I regret splurging all my money? My life up until this point has been utter shit. Bullied, ugly, left out, etc. Should I just spend all my savings on a used lambo, tattoos, hookers, and cocaine? Just rent a luxury apartment and run all my savings dry in 1-2 years or will I regret it?
