Is sprinting the real best method for heightmaxxing?

I've been sprinting for 15 seconds everyday for like a week and im willing to start sprinting for 30 seconds(15 year old)
Btw does stretches REALLY do stretch your bones or is it just to relief pain and make you more flexible?

The study for this was very short burst increase in gh but not long enough for u to grow taller at all, its very healthy to keep running even longer but it wont help you grow in the slightest

Stretching decompresses the spine and 1 other thing, i wouldnt use it for height, since it doesnt affect height, but its still good i do 10 min before sleep and i wake up feeling great

you will only stretch bone if u sleep with resistance bands

Ur 15 whats ur budget, ull need atleast 2-4k a year for a good enough, and are u willing to inject for height, if not than sorry but theres no other straightforeward way to grow

Shit you take it too seriously if you're willing to do 30 seconds🥶nigga do it as fast as you can when you get tired rest for a bit and do it again, 3 reps of these twice a day

It's not only about increasing igf 1 but it also creates micro fractures on shinbones
 
I’d say being lean and healthy helps that’s probably why sprinters tend to be tall but also because ur talents come from ur physical

Basketball players aren’t tall cause they play basketball they play basketball because they are tall

No it doesnt microfractures from sprinting causes bone remodeling not elongation, they dont stimulate plate chrondrocytes, ud need sustained loading
