I’m 16, 5'8" . I’m thinking about starting ERDA and HGH at the same time to see if I can increase my height. I’m looking for people who actually know what they’re talking about and can explain the potential risks and side effects, whether any of them can be reversed, and what kind of results I could realistically expect. I’d also like to know if there are any other options that could help with height and how much additional growth might be possible. Ideally, I’d like to reach at least 6'0".

Go to a doctor that specializes in hormonal health, get your blood work done (check HGH levels) and stay in contact with the doc if something would’ve gone wrong. Also probably should check if growth plates are still open

not going to explain the risks because a simple google search can tell you that but for HGH I'd recommend 2.5 mgs Letrozole and use this formula to know how much you should be taking
0.06 times kg bodyweight times 3 = result take result and add 4-5 ideally

How many IU of HGH would I need? And how much letrozole would I take at 176 lbs? Also, is there any way to counteract the negative effects of ERDA?
