Is staring at failos an ND trait?

I’d say I’m quite neurotypical other than the fact that I will often disassociate and ND stare.
Also, when I’m talking to people with major obvious failos like really bad uee, protruding eyes, crooked teeth, hooked nose, cleft lip, etc, I will try as hard as i can not to stare, but i find myself staring anyways.
And I feel so rude when I do, but i actively try not to.
is this an ND trait? My inability to not stare at failos? Or does this just mean I’m better “biologically equipped to find a mate” ?
