Yes bro. Avoid blue light in the evenings too, it can disrupt your circadian rhythm. Use the Night Shift setting on iOS devices and look up blue light plugins/programs for desktop.

I can’t remember bro but it’s a moderate strength prescription with very mild astigmatism in one eye. Going back on contact lenses soon. Ideally I’d get them lasered
