Is starvemaxx/intermittent fasting valid at 14m

So im 14 and wanna lose weight (i weigh 150 pounds at 5'11), i think fastin is better cuz when i was obese i did 18 hours fasting for a whole year until i lost weight, so at least it may be better than starvemaxx, but what yall think?

No, because IGF1 Levels decrease within adolescents who cut, and it takes so much precautions to make sure u dont stunt height while cutting.

here is my take and this is from experience.
Your already 5’11 which is a height that you should be happy with at 14, meaning your height genetics must be good unless your growth plates are already closed.

If your going to starvemaxx you need to take supplements to make up for all the nutrients your missing from the food your not eating, so figure out your deficiency’s and do that.

Find a source for ritalin, or dexanphetamine and trial to see how it affects you, if your lucky you will get a suppressed appetite (completely depends on the person), these drugs should be really easy to find as every nigga takes them to ping. And if they don’t suppress your appetite then you’re going to have to suffer. Also do not be scared to trial these drugs as they are literally prescribed to nd people as young as 3.

And last of all, try to have nutrient packed breakfast and eat your dinner 2-3 hours before bed ideally, then fast for the rest of the day. If you are like me and still want to workout but find you have no energy because of fasting, just eat some carbs 30mins to an hour before the gym and if your workout is good enough you will burn all of them off.

I consistently do this method and can lose up to 10kg in 2-3 weeks.

Its very dumb to starve yourself at 14 unless you are really fat.
And if you really want to loose weight, than don’t be in a calorific deficit than in more than 3-4 months. But you shouldn’t think of that in first place.
