This past week I’ve starvedmaxx and only ate something small like a granola bar if it got unbearable (other wise I just drank water, monster and coconut water). I’m seeing some progress but idk how much longer I can keep this up.

On top of that I’ve been spamming 15 incline and 3.5 speed for 20-30 minutes, still lifting and tryna maintain most muscle mass, and I have a treadmill at home and do more cardio for about 30-60 minutes.

If anyone has similar experiences let me know is it went for you guys and if starvemaxxing is cope.

So far I’m down like 6pounds inna week (some water weight but I’m genuinely seeing improvements

I’ve starvemaxxed my way from 85 kg to 60 kg last year, took me 2.5 to 3.5 months. I could’ve gotten there much quicker if I didn’t get sushi a bunch of times. It always put 2kg on me again for some reason.

Are you able to maintain your current state well? That’s the most worrying part bc I’m afraid I’ll just gain all that shi back

No, I had a one month trip and when I came back, a few weeks later it was Ramadan, so I was unable to maintain. But before that, I managed to maintain for weeks by going OMAD, I’d just one meal for dinner, and nothing more. So if you wanna maintain, look into OMAD. I liked it because it allowed me to eat what I want. It’s also good that you’re working out because that quickens the process of weight loss, though because of building muscle at the same time, you’re probably not sure if you lost weight since the difference isn’t that much. Either way, I’m going to start starvemaxxing as well. And then in a few days, I’ll start gymcelling. :Comfy:
