Starving and calorie tracking never works. You can lose weight, keyword:weight. The amount of calories has nothing to do with body composition. Your hormones and overall health determine the way you look. I'm 7-9 percent bf year round, I probably eat 3000-4000 calories a day(idek how much i eat).
Just do omad and carnivore. No seed oils only use animal fat for frying and eat beef and eggs and walk a lot. Thank me later
