US actually do have a lot of diamonds. There’s a lot of division there because of variety of opinion.
You just got to find the right women

In other countries, it’s more hive minded (there’s less variance), even if the average tilts more toward conservative/traditional, it’s unlikely you’ll find the extreme you are looking for
The hive mind for US tends to be limited to the state

I’d say start of with finding a list of conservative states in the US. Then find which ones have the baddest white women + lowest divorce rates
