I don’t have the time to be making bone broth, would rather just buy boxed stuff from the store, is this just as good for me?

What nutrients are you trying to get from bone broth?

Collagen, I’ll probably just take collagen peptides tho, was just reading reviews on Amazon and seems like it works very good, and less time consuming just mix with water

Depends on the brand of store bought and the quality of your homemade broth. Look for a high quality brand and your probably good to go. In the USA they have a brand called kettle and fire which I like, although a good homemade bone broth will always beat store bought. Make sure you get a low sodium one.
