lol i dunno about strepfen specifically but any kind of throat lozenge with antiseptic properties might offer some mild relief if ur just feeling a bit off. like it's not gonna fix underlying issues if u have something actually going on though. it's more placebo tier imo unless there's a specific ingredient that's proven to do something.
