I kinda brushed it off initially, but now I that thought about... I had really rough time recently, brutal depression episodes. And timing is exactly around 3 month ago.

I receed agressively despite no genetic predisposition for balding and being low-T as fuck throughout the recent years. Like, just a couple of days ago I had visibly more hair on the temples. The most of the recession happened just in January.

I'm scared, buddybuckos.

I had alopetia areata around 10 months ago. Probably due to stress once again, anemia and whatever else health issues I'm having.

My left temple is receeded more than the right.

it can worsen your hairloss but i dont think it can cause hairloss on its own.

I wouldn't care that much and would wait till the stress wears off, whatever that could mean. But I can't risk it, my hairline is kinda high from the start so I'll look like shit.

I think many things can trigger hair loss and low thyroid(often induced by not eating enough), bad sleep patterns raping melatonin, gut inflammation can all trigger it even if no disposition.
I think if you have disposition you can live ideal and still go bald tho

Also low t often goes with hair loss. Body compensates with higher dht. E is lowered too in this case

I'm planning to check thyroid soon, it's very possible.
Sleep pattern is fucked for various reasons.

Just thinking aloud.

Yes, it is. I‘ve been losing tons of hair since being poisoned by botox. Which includes not being able to continue with my methylation support protocol but hair loss is the least of my problems right now

Yeah its called telogen effluvium but it's almost always temporary and reversible.

How do you get poisoned by botox? Bad injection?

Hair loss from stress grows back after some time

What about other non-MPB-related causes? Anemia, diabetes maybe? I read that balding caused by health issues manifests throughout the scalp, but I only recess in temples... Can't believe I had this shit genetic recombination when I'm balding from MPB in early 20s when my family tree rocks full heads of hair at up to 70 yo.

I believe any form of hair loss that isn't MPB can be reversed by treating those health problems, but yeah if you are experiencing hair loss on temples usually a sign of MPB sadly, but really it also could be related to health problems or it could be that you are just getting a mature hairline, which is normal for most men

Fuck maturing, the shit's aggressive as fuck. I'm losing hair day by day.

Sad news, buddybucko.

Didnt know the body compensates with even more, that’s interesting. Now that I think about it, me balding makes sense. I have EXTREME back and chest hair, with a full beard. My Dht levels must be ridiculous. What a shit trait to possess.

I don't like that it follows a standard MPB pattern. Why temples exactly. Very suspicious.

ooo that's a bit of a problem. stress based hair loss usually targets all hairs and you see bald spots everywhere.

If it's just one specific part it may not be stressed u may just be balding.
