I've been stretching for longevity and performance but I think it might just be cope

Apparently static stretching is bad and u should do dynamic stretching!

no statis stretching is good post workout for cooldown and preventing injuries
dynamic is good for warming up

If you want to be a great athlete then yes. But, if you just want to build muscle and look good, then save your energy and just pump weights.

Too much work for my lazycel ass. I still lift but don't track eating and do 20 minute workouts 4 times per week
4 times per week is enough if you are natty, but over if you dont enjoy it, find some sport you enjoy

I enjoy it in the volume I do which is 6 sets per workout jfl
