Is studying/working in 2025 worth it?

How much should I save?
Firstly, enough for a tiny house and plot of land. That's gonna be expensive anywhere. So probably like at least £30-40k. Would be more in Ukraine

That aside, since you could theoretically just work and pay rent, but I'm talking about buying outright and then working minimally part time for food/other expenses. So a couple of thousand for food and other expenses per year

Why would you wait for something if there's even a small risk of it never materializing?
You've always got to assume the worst when planning for the future.

Study for as long as possible then apply for neetbux, or work part time

Yes, but be smart.

If you still live with your parents you should work and use the money to start a business, or trade stock options, or crypto, or something.

Even if you lose money in the beginning because you’re learning, don’t quit. Most people quit and never get past the learning curve.

Or you could study, but pursue something you actually want to learn

for example if i go to college i will study genetic engineering, and computer science

maybe get a PhD in both.

Getting a job these days will never work unless you know people for a referee or have tons of work experience to get in because it's quite competitive
I am just waiting for my exam results to wether I can get into a better uni this September
Did you get in
