Is suffering all life on Earth is?​

We are trapped.

Being born, and giving birth and getting old are painful.

We get injured and sick every year and that pains our nerves.

What we have we don't see, and what we see and don't have, pains our brains.

We are trapped in our bodies, with brains and a nervous system.

We serve the body but the body is selfish.

If you read the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus in the Bible, a rich man went to Hell and a beggar, Lazarus, went to Heaven.

The Quran also states that the enjoyment of this world is little, whereas the hereafter is much better for those mindful of God. So I guess you could say yeah, this life is full of suffering. But this is not our rest.
