So I bought Nocturnal Kents Course. He claims his big way of bone growth is 200g of sugar daily to spike IGF-1, and 3L of milk ( bullshit?). Seems a little weird and off but I dont actually know the real truth. This is his exact words in his “IGF-1 SIGNALING” section:
To boost testosterone and growth hormone levels, it's essential to optimize your diet with the right balance of protein, fats, and carbs, while prioritizing foods that naturally stimulate growth hormone production. Start by consuming 100 grams of protein a day, with a focus on meat as your primary source. This provides the essential amino acids needed for muscle repair, growth, and hormonal balance. Key foods to include are eggs, milk, sugar, meat, and potatoes. Eggs and milk are excellent for hormone production due to their high-quality protein and fat content, while sugar plays a crucial role in raising IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor), which directly stimulates growth hormone release. By consuming 200g of white sugar a day, you're intentionally spiking insulin, which boosts IGF-1 levels and, consequently, growth hormone production. When you mix this sugar intake with 3 liters of milk, you’re supporting muscle recovery, bone density, and hormonal health. The sugar helps raise your blood glucose levels, triggering insulin release, which in turn drives IGF-1 production from the liver. This cascade of effects creates an optimal environment for increasing testosterone and growth hormone, both of which are essential for muscle mass and bone density. It’s crucial to ensure you’re balancing this sugar intake with high-quality protein and fats from meat and dairy to create a solid foundation for optimal growth and hormonal health.

When sugar is consumed, it spikes blood glucose, which triggers the pancreas to release insulin. This insulin, in turn, stimulates the liver to produce IGF-1, which promotes the activity of osteoblasts (the cells responsible for building bone tissue), leading to significant bone growth and better bone density. Additionally, IGF-1 boosts growth hormone levels, and higher growth hormone production leads to an increase in testosterone levels. Testosterone is essential for both muscle growth and bone density. Also, sugar and white rice have similar glycemic impacts, as they both cause rapid spikes in blood sugar, which leads to a similar insulin response and IGF-1 production. Countries like Japan, which consume large amounts of white rice, are known for having exceptional bone structure, which also shows the idea that high-glycemic foods like sugar can contribute to bone growth and higher testosterone through the mechanisms of insulin, IGF-1, and growth hormone.

Another thing to note is that White sugar and White rice are glycemically identical. On the glycemic index of the body, they're the same. Gram for Gram identical and raise your blood sugar level the same amount. Countries that are known for their extreme white rice consumption such Japan and especially Korea...have a noticing trend. Most koreans and Japanese people I see have extremely good face bones, and clear skin, and especially rather tall. White rice is spiking igf-1 just the same as white sugar here. However, white sugar is significantly cheaper, more pure, and easier to eat 200g of. Sugar also has added benefits of not causing colon blockages when eating that much, white rice can be a pain to digest.

A lot of people believe high sugar causes diabetes. Which seems obvious but its actually wrong. High cortisol (stress) is what causes diabetes. There actually aren't any studies that prove a direct link to overall sugar consumption, but rather glucose control from the pancrease being the culprit, and that is actually controlled by the hormone cortisol. Also, people who have high cortisol disease also known as Cushing's disease almost all have diabetes right after, no matter their diet. Yet when they're cortisol is lowered, they aren't diabetic anymore. Most people who aren't diabetic aren't actually just shoving loads of sugar down, they usually have normal diets, but maybe fat. Its because of their high cortisol. They always are extremely stressed, which causes the diabetic response

I have been having 400g of white sugar a day mixed with my milk and it speeds up bone growth and muscle recovery significantly

Buying a course on some dude who clearly did plastic surgery and is larping sugar is stupid, Now, I’m no doctor but I do think I have the bone formula especially as someone who is 6 foot and has a good frame, and still coulda had more gains if my diet and sleep were locked in during puberty

I truly think sleep and no stress is number one, I mean how else will you activate growth hormone is your cortisol is constantly raised and you can’t reach REM sleep

For diet it has to be high calcium including K2, so the calcium can actually mineralize in the bones properly, and high cholesterol since cholesterol is the precursor to testosterone production which hand in hand will induce bone growth

I also think weight lifting properly and sports helps too as back in the day, the physically active kids seemed to develop better than the gamers height and face included

Bonesmashing 101:

Bone smashing. This is very real, loox and I attribute the majority to our facial gains to bone smashing. Bonesmashing, which put biologically, is where your bones increase in size and density in response to an external force. This is through Wolff's Law, which states that bone will adapt to the mechanical forces placed upon it. When a bone experiences stress or strain—such as from a horse's kick or a punch to the cheekbone, the bone's structure responds by remodelling itself to better withstand the applied force. This process involves osteoblasts and the bone-forming cells, which are activated in areas of the bone that experience increased load. These osteoblasts synthesize new bone matrix, depositing collagen and minerals like calcium (from milk) to strengthen the bone. Simultaneously, osteoclasts, the cells responsible for resorbing bone, work to remove any bone tissue that is not needed or that might interfere with the structural adjustment. This dynamic process leads to bone hypertrophy, where the bone becomes thicker and more resilient in response to the mechanical stress. As a result, bones that face repeated or significant force adapt by growing larger and more dense, improving the ability to handle future impact.

I truly bonesmash every day, the key is to go hard, and not frequent. Frequent soft hits will only damage your skin and not even effect the bone. You want to take an approach which is very hard, for little time. I go hard for about 30 seconds to a minute. Once a day. Warm up by going light first though, just to get used to the pain. It does hurt, but after you go truly hard, you wil see a 'pump' effect on wherever you've hit. And you will get addicted. And then from then on you will keep growing and they will keep getting bigger. Combine this with the diet above and you will grow extremely quickly. I Bone smash my zygos, chin, and brow ridge. And so does loox. We credit this to the main drive behind our ascension facially. Also the hitting promotes your skin to become better as well as it sees this as tiny micro tears and damage. It increases collagen and will actually get better as you do this from that, and because the bones stretch out wrinkles as they make your face bigger. Which is why bloat isn't noticeable on people with good bones.

Height and Frame?

This igf-1 stimulus will increase height to exogenous levels similar to injecting. This combined with weighted jumping with a similar routine of bone smashing will stimulate the joints and bones in legs, which have open growth plates much longer than spinal, allowing for bone development. In my bone smashing routine I also do weighted jumps with 30kg external weight hand held, for a minute as to not damage legs, just as face. This diet alone I induced a growth spurt of 2 inches within the first 3 months, and that was 18.7 years old. When I started practicing the microfractures I mention above, I really gained height quick, and got to a total of 3.5 inches growth within the year which is extremely good. The elevated IGF-1 and GH from the high sugar diet will be enough to induce growth. Height is guaranteed from the extreme growth state your body is placed under in this diet/method.

The secret to frame which I incorporate, and so does loox. Is a method of high volume lateral raises, with high frequency, combined with wall shoulder barges and extremely wide pull ups. I know low volume is the better way of training muscles, however the delts have significantly more androgen receptors inside of them, and are a different twitch type. They respond better to higher frequency and higher volume. This is as simple as doing a few sets of lateral raises after every workout or every second day. Now, shoulder barges. It 100% real and is what ascended loox, myself, and most of the popular looksmaxxers. It is gatekept and been purposefully made fun of so others see it as a joke. But it is real, and I will explain it. Anyway, shoulder barging into a wall sideways essentially bonesmashes your clavicle. And through the mechanics explained in Wolfs law, it will stimulate the osteoblasts in the bones of your shoulders to receive the incoming stress pushed inwards, and respond with growth i.e growing them further outwards and wider. This will grow your clavicles further out significantly, a routine of shoulder barging for 2-3 minutes hard against a wall, every day will achieve this. Wide pullups are the final thing used. Using an extremely wide grip to do pull ups will stretch the fascia in the tissue connecting the clavicle to the traps and back and allow it be more malleable and grow easier.

Skin and Rosacea:

Skincare:

There are only two hard truths to skincare. And that is that if you don't go hard, you will see barely any results. I had horrid acne and luckily I went to a doctor, told them about it, and they gave me Roaccutane. After 6 months it was gone and I had glass tier skin. This works for everyone. Accutane is much more accessible than tretinoin, and tretinoin which is the cream version, can make some people's acne and redness worse. Stick only to Accutane, if you don't have acne but just bad skin and some wrinkles, Accutane fixes this too. Celebrities all around the world micro dose it for this purpose.

The only other 'hard' option is using a multi step skin care routine, however as you know, these waste money, and often produce more problems than to begin with. For specific problems, such as dry skin, scaring, discoloration etc. Accutane fixes all of this

Rosacea Cure:

Crushed aspirin can sometimes help calm the redness and inflammation associated with rosacea. Aspirin contains acetylsalicylic acid, a compound known for its ability to inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which reduces the production of inflammatory molecules called prostaglandins. These molecules play a role in skin redness, irritation, and blood vessel dilation—key features of rosacea. When a small amount of crushed aspirin is mixed with water and applied topically, it may act as a mild anti-inflammatory salicylate, helping to reduce visible redness and soothe irritated skin. Salicylates also have gentle keratolytic properties, meaning they can help improve skin turnover and keep pores clearer. While this approach can sometimes provide short-term relief from flushing and irritation, it should be used carefully, since rosacea skin is often sensitive and overuse could cause dryness or irritation

What should you buy?

Honestly...not much. The people you see with the best effortless skin who claim they don't have a routine, are telling the truth. I never used to believe this until I just tried it. During my pre ascension years, I would buy all sorts of topical creams (niacinamide, caffeine serum, fancy moisturizers, etc.). I saw slow and disorderly progress. It was only until I gave everything up, and taught my skin to survive on its own, is when I saw progress. Think of it like a two step protocol. You use Accutane to clear out the junk (the acne, inflammation, cysts, etc.), Then you let your skin be and teach it to survive by itself...or else it becomes dependent again. It has a clean slate to learn once the acne is gone, and it will consistently prove that to you. You'll notice it begins hydrating itself, taking care of redness quickly without the need of makeup or any topicals, and feels comfortable, not tight or strung.

The only 'skincare' which I'd suggest you buy is makeup, which will be discussed in the next module

Minimizing Pores:

While many focus on scrubbing the skin to get it smooth, mechanical exfoliation (like face scrubs) can actually cause micro-tears that lead to more inflammation and uneven texture. If you want that glass-skin "glow" that makes your facial bone structure pop, you need to switch to chemical exfoliation, specifically Glycolic Acid. As an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) with the smallest molecular size, it penetrates deeper than other acids to dissolve the "glue" holding dead skin cells together.

This process triggers a signal to your body to ramp up cell turnover, bringing fresh, hydrated skin to the surface faster. When your skin is smoother, light reflects off your cheekbones and jawline more evenly rather than scattering off rough patches, which creates a more "defined" look in photos. For the best ROI, apply a 7% Glycolic solution 2–3 times a week at night. Over time, this thickens the deeper layers of the skin (the dermis) and thins out the dull, dead outer layer (the stratum corneum). Just be sure to use SPF the next morning, as new skin is more susceptible to UV damage, and you don’t want to trade smooth texture for sunspots

10.3 Results in calmer, clearer, more even-toned skin

Appeal:

Hollow Cheeks 101:

Rubbing ice on the inside of the cheeks causes hollow cheeks through several physiological mechanisms. Firstly, studies show frequent consumption of ice blocks during childhood is linked to the presence of dimples developing, indicating ice exposure chisels subcutaneous facial structures. The ice induces vasoconstriction, reducing blood flow and affecting adipocytes (fat cells) in the cheek area. This accelerates lipolysis, breaking down fat stores and reducing subcutaneous fat volume, enhancing facial contours. The inside of the cheek, with mucous membranes and thinner skin, is more responsive to cold, allowing direct effects on underlying fat tissue. This leads to the appearance of hollowed cheeks as fat is metabolized and redistributed. Giving the hollow cheek look. Rub ice on the inside of your cheek every day for 5 minutes twice, and you'll achieve an effect as buccal fat removal.

Coloring:

One of the subtle factors that makes a face appear more attractive is facial contrast—the difference between lighter features (like the whites of the eyes and teeth) and darker features (such as eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair). Research in facial perception shows that higher contrast tends to make a face look healthier, younger, and more defined, because our brains use these visual cues to quickly interpret facial structure and vitality. There are simple ways to improve this contrast. Whitening strips can make teeth appear brighter, while lubricating or redness-reducing eye drops can make the sclera(the white part of the eye) appear clearer and whiter. Darkening or defining eyebrows and eyelashes—either naturally or with subtle grooming or makeup—helps frame the eyes and increase contrast. Some men also benefit from very light contouring to enhance bone structure without looking obvious. Clothing can play a role too; wearing colors that contrast well with your skin tone can make facial features stand out more. Healthy lip color is another signal of good circulation, and maintaining natural color through hydration and good health helps the face look more vibrant. Finally, hair color matters—studies on facial contrast often find that slightly darker hair tends to emphasize facial structure more strongly, which can increase perceived attractiveness. Together, these small adjustments can significantly improve overall facial harmony and visual impact

Social Dynamics and Low inhibition

Eye Contact:

From experience, eye contact can make or break your success with girls just as much as your looks can. A Chad who keeps looking at the floor while with a chick will be outperformed by a confident gaze holding 5/10 unironically. If you can't appear confident, the very looks that make you seem confident become paradoxical, and that's when you begin to seem uncanny.

With a girl:

Being 1 on 1 with a girl is one of the most crucial times eye contact has to be perfected. Your eyes alone can make a date go from 0 to 100 within a matter of seconds. Think of it like this, if you play your cards right and use the correct eye contact, you can introduce sexual tension into the conversation almost instantly, or signal where to go, or even show that you have high testosterone. "The eyes are a window to the soul" is one of the wisest phrases ever when it comes to seduction.

When you first meet a girl, her impression of you and decision to have sex is determined within the first 3 seconds of meeting you. Before you even speak, a females brain performs an unconscious "genetic sweep", where she analyses your looks obviously, but also your posture, style, grooming, and of course...your eye contact. So it is important to lock in hard and strong eye contact when meeting. Appear as confident as possible and even if you have to force yourself, just keep holding it. Girls often like to test a mans confidence by holding eye contact back, and seeing if they break it or look away, which unfortunately most do. However it is actually fortunate for us because this means you and your strong gaze will stand out. Most girls find intimidating men attractive. Not scary, but intimidating. This is because they like the idea of not having control, as they are submissive in nature. So when you show her that you control the eye contact, and aren't afraid to look away, she will get a sense of that intimidation, and may even blush. I'm sure you've noticed this before.

During your date with a girl, you can actually use eye contact to train her mind a little. For instance, when she is talking about something you do like, keep strong gaze, and don't break. But if she mentions something she shouldn't such as an ex, or a behavior that you don't condone, then look away at something else. She'll feel this withholding of attention and actively try to seek your approval again, usually by touching you or saying something she knows you'll like.

If you want to escalate things with her, use the eye color method. This is where you keep eye contact for as long as essentially possible. It is important to only do this during conversation and not while walking or participating in an activity, as tension can't be built there. As she talks to you, focus on what color her eyes are. Try to look as deeply as possible into the specific shade and hue of her iris and sclera. What this does is actually dilates your pupils on purpose and can replicate "sex" signals our brains unconsciously produce. Keep your gaze strong and she'll feel the tension, almost blushing or stuttering her words. Which leads you up to a perfect position to call that out. "Am I making you stutter already?", which makes her even more nervous and playful.

With a group of people:

When you're hanging out with a multitude of people in a group, you want to naturally try to dominate the social hierarchy and seem the most confident there. This ensures respect and status. To do so, eye contact will be a valuable tool. Make sure that when you are talking, you give each and every member of the group an even amount of eye contact. You don't want to focus or hone in on one person only, which can come off as nervous and relying on them for support or encouragement. You don't want to seem like the awkward paraphraser who checks for approval, you want to instead seem like the confident story teller who knows his tribe is listening. So give them each an equal amount of eye contact and rotate through the group smoothly, you'll notice that each person feels more involved and excited when you're talking, as you've addressed them personally it feels.

When others in the group are talking, you want to maintain what is called sticky eyes. This is where you keep your eyes not strictly on them, but almost like they're glued. Meaning when you look away, you do so by imagining there is adhesive glue sticking your eye balls to theirs. So when you turn your head, your head first turns slowly, then your eyes follow very slowly until the last minute when it has to finally break and snap the 'glue'. You do not want to break eye contact for no reason though, only do so when you find another person attempting to take over the conversation, or a distraction enters the proximity.

With a man:

Be careful with eye contact and men, as you'll notice lower IQ males seem to correlate eye contact as intent to violence. This raises the question of "is it worth it?". From a logical perspective, I don't even stare or give most men strong eye contact anymore at all. The only benefit you gain from it is a small little "Ah I win!" feeling inside your chest, but the risk you have to lose from it is possibly them becoming violent, or too macho and trying dominate you socially which is just awkward when there is no girl around.

Voice Deepening:

Method 1:

The way you speak is the primary "vibe" indicator before you even open your mouth. To achieve a resonant, masculine tone, something I like to use is the "Bing-Bong-Ding-Dong-King-Kong" sequence. It sounds ridiculous but give it a try.

Start by tilting your head back as far as it goes, to elongate the vocal tract and relax the laryngeal muscles. Recite the phrase "Bing-Bong-Ding-Dong-King-Kong" slowly, focusing on the "NG" nasal resonance at the end and letting the vibration drop from your throat into your chest.

Say the sequence first at a normal pitch and tone of your voice once, then repeat it again being 50% as deep of a voice you can produce, and then one final time as deep as you can sound. Again emphasizing on the "NG" noise at the end of each word.

This thoroughly stretches and elongates each angle of your vocal cords, allowing them to be slightly longer in normal speech, sounding deeper and more resonate.

Method 2:

Primal Screaming. It sounds as comical as the above technique which is why I'd only do this in private, but you'll thank me after your talking with a deeper, more masculine voice.

You want to scream as loud as you humanly can, for about 10 seconds straight, have a break of 10 seconds, and repeat for 5 times. You want to do this into a pillow or into your bed to avoid having the police being called to your house, as it willattract attention obviously. Afterwards you'll notice a much deeper, maybe slightly raspy (in a good way) attractive voice that sounds much more manly and intense.

Method 3:

To finish the routine off, you want to do a final yawn, opening your mouth as wide as you can possibly go, stretching the jaw, throat, and larynx as much as you can, and for as long as you can. This softens and loosens the vocal cords that extra bit, allowing them stretch longer and exceed your natural pitch. Finally, do a quick inhale through your mouth to lubricate the cords, and then you'll be set to take on the day with a deeper voice that lasts approximately 5 - 6 hours from experience.

Remember: Hydrated cords are loose deep ones. Always keep liquids up through the day and avoid a dry throat which will tighten and shorten the cords. Regular sips of water throughout the day is a must to keep your voice deep.

Posture:

Just as your facial bones provide the structure for your features, your posture provides the frame for your entire existence. You can have the most aesthetic forward growth in the world, but if you still have the "gamer neck" and slouched shoulders, you look like a really expensive car with a broken chassis. It’s paradoxical and, frankly, it kills the "Chad" illusion instantly.

When you walk into a room, your posture should scream that you own the room itself. Keep your chest slightly flared but not like a cartoon bodybuilder who puffs there chest too far out and spreads their lats, but like you’re proud of your ribcage or chest muscles instead. Pull your shoulder blades back and down. This naturally widens your clavicles, making you look more imposing and physically "locked in." Most importantly, keep your chin parallel to the ground. This highlights your jawline and supraorbital ridge, making the most of those bone-smashing gains.

"A man who looks up at the world is a seeker; a man who looks down at the world is the prize"

Body Language speed:

High-status individuals rarely move with urgency unless there is a physical threat. If you are constantly fidgeting, checking your phone, or making rapid, jerky head movements, you are broadcasting high cortisol and low social value. Subconsciously, people associate "fast" movements with being a "worker" or someone who is reactive to their environment. To truly embody the "Chad" archetype, you need to adopt a deliberate tempo.

When someone calls your name, don't snap your head toward them. Instead, turn your head slowly, leading with your eyes first, then your neck. When you speak, utilize "the power of the pause." Lowering your speaking cadence and allowing for brief silences forces the other person to lean in and listen, effectively making you the "gravity" of the conversation. This controlled movement style complements a strong posture; it shows that you are comfortable in your skin and unbothered by external stimuli. Remember: the most dangerous predator in the jungle isn't the one darting around nervously; it’s the one moving with calm, calculated precision.

Sexual Dimorphism:

Hunter eye and brow ridge:

If you have the "prey" eye look where too much of your upper eyelid is visible (high tarsal platform show) it can make you look tired, surprised, or low-testosterone. The goal for a "hunter" look is to have the brow skin "hood" over the eyelid, creating that compact, aggressive, and mysterious gaze. While some people use eyelid tape, it’s often visible and annoying to manage. A more "bio-hack" approach to training this fold involves using a tiny amount of raw honey as a natural, skin-safe adhesive.

Honey is incredibly tacky and acts as a mild humectant. By applying a microscopic amount to the skin just above your eyelid crease and then manually pushing the skin down into a "squinch" or hooded position, the honey helps the skin "stick" to itself. This essentially "glues" the hood into place temporarily. Holding this position for extended periods, especially while you’re at home or gaming, acts as a form of "soft tissue training." It trains the skin and the surrounding orbicularis oculi muscles to sit in a more hooded, compressed state.

Because honey is an enzyme-rich antimicrobial, it’s generally safer than using actual lash glue or tapes which can irritate the delicate eye area. You only need a tiny dab; if you use too much, it’ll be a sticky mess. Apply it, set the fold, and let it dry. Over time, reducing the constant "stretching" of the eyelid skin and encouraging the "hooded" fold can help minimize tarsal show and make your brow ridge look more dominant and "locked in." Just make sure to wash it off with warm water before you head out, and avoid getting it in your eye, keep it strictly on the skin of the hood.

Beyond just having low body fat, the perceived "masculinity" of a face is heavily dictated by the prominence of the supraorbital ridge (the brow bone) and the tightness of the periorbital area (the skin around the eyes). A high-tier look involves deep-set eyes that appear protected by the bone structure above them. While you can't change your genetics without surgery, you can manipulate the "hooded" look through lymphatic drainage and cold therapy.

Fluid retention around the eyes often creates a "puffy" or "bug-eyed" appearance that masks the underlying bone. Using a stainless steel face roller kept in the freezer, or even just an ice cube wrapped in a thin cloth, and rolling from the inner corner of the eye outward toward the temple, helps flush out interstitial fluid. This "de-bloats" the upper eyelid and lower orbital rim, making the eyes appear more recessed and the brow bone more prominent. By reducing the "fleshiness" around the socket, you create a sharper, more predatory eye shape that emphasizes the "hunter" phenotype over the "prey" phenotype.
