I just made a pack of sugar free jello (10kcal supposedly) and put about 300kcal worth of protien yogurt on top as well as a quarter cup of blueberries. This tastes like the greatest thing ive ever eaten but it tastes a little bit too good. Is what i just ate really only 400kcal??? Or did i just ruin day 1/14 of the holiday cut. Does anyone know?
