Is sugar free jello really sugar free

I just made a pack of sugar free jello (10kcal supposedly) and put about 300kcal worth of protien yogurt on top as well as a quarter cup of blueberries. This tastes like the greatest thing ive ever eaten but it tastes a little bit too good. Is what i just ate really only 400kcal??? Or did i just ruin day 1/14 of the holiday cut. Does anyone know?

Sounds delicious icl. I think I heard some other YouTuber mention using sugar-free Jello to make a massive slop bowl like this, don't remember who tho sorry.

I mean honestly you can continue eating it for a few days and see if your weight loss goes as expected assuming it is 400 cal entirely.

Pretty much the only way to find out for yourself

I think the play is for me to just not eat it again if it seems too good to be true it prolly is

Cheat code I used that shit quite often over the last few years and weight would consistently go down. High volume as fuck

So much hacks when you look around it’s one of the personal favourites, pure slop but I mean filling sweet and like 10 cals so why not
