cope. the sugar molecule itself whether its from an apple or coke is exactly the same chemically. your body cant tell the difference between glucose from fruit and glucose from table sugar. the only catch is that natural sugars usually come with water and nutrients
which slow down how fast your body absorbs the sugar. processed sugars hit your system fast and spike your insulin. so right before the gym "processed" sugar is better.
