Is sun screen bad for test?

I was watching some blackpill videos on YouTube and there was a video where someone explained how to get high testosterone

He said things like:
"Don‘t wear polyester. Wear cotton instead“
"Stop drinking water from plastic bottles“
"Eat raw organs"
and
"Get sun exposure“ but he didn’t mention if sun screen was bad for testosterone or not. I asked in the comments but nobody answered. So I’m now asking here.

personally, i would never use it.

i used it when i was 12 once. i never use it even when im out in the sun or beach wtv i dont use it.
