Is sunflower oil actually optimal?

I remember my mom used to cook everything in high oleic sunflower oil and most conventional health people cite it as the healthiest up there with olive oil. Lower pufa content than lard and eggs and higher smoke point than olive oil. If it's cold pressed glass bottled how is this bad for you?

Yes everyday you should down a pint of red 40 mixed with sunflower oil and eat cockroaches to limit your carbon footprint.
