Redlight therapy seems to have benefits. But sunlight doesn't have the concentration of redlight which redlight therapy delivers. So you're probably just going to be cooking your eyesight by looking at the sun. Not sure about the eye colour, seems like bullshit just from intuition. I'd need context for those claims. Maybe it is making the iris appear lighter in the sunlight, but actual changes seems like bs?
