Sunscreen, is it Jewish propaganda?
Does chemical sunscreen rape your testosterone levels?
Mineral sunscreen better?

Are we all just doomed?

Depends, it won’t give you cancer but if it’s needed is doubtful I’d say where it when the UV is above average, personally I never use it because I live in Manchester and I will probably only see the sun a handful of times a year.

Heard u can get cancer from suncreen if its the shitty cheap ones its pretty much propaganda enjoy the sun vitimin d

Sunscreen causes skin cancer. Every time I go out in sunscreen I used to burn, but now my diet is elite and I’m on mt2 I can literally be out in 12uv for 2 hours and not burn at all

how strict is ur diet cuz i make a conscious effort to avoid processed slop and try eat organically. But you know how it is in modern society its hard to avoid. i get burnt if i dont put on sunscreen

No, sunscreen does not cause skin cancer. The sun does. Yes, sunscreen is non-negotiable. Yes, all of the claims I've made so far are supported by actual evidence.

What about mineral vs chemical? 🤔 isnt chemical endocrine disrupting? I have a mineral one but it leaves a whitecast so I’m just trying to see what my options are.

There's no clear causal proof of endocrine disruption from normal sunscreen use. I don't know which lab/animal studies you got this information from.

ANY proper broad-spectrum SPF50 you’ll actually reapply daily is good. Switch to a tinted mineral if you're complaining about white cast.
