When i go outside tanning, I never wear sunscreen and I never have sunburns, should I do ?
 
No sunscreens = high t ?

I'm celtic (native french)
I'm dark blond with blue eyes but my skin can be a little dark in summer

Mhm, yeah then wear sunscreen. It doesn't matter if you get sunburnt or not, the radiation still causes damage. Just a little bit of SPF 30 in the morning and your are good to go.

Why this would make me older ?
Because the thing we call "Age spots" are actually "Sun spots". They have little to do with the passing of time but more as a result of too much sun exposure.

Yes, Sunscreen is always good. It's also for anti-aging, etc.
Preventing sunburns is just one aspect of sunscreen. Every skincare routine you find will have some use of sunscreen.

You don't need sunscreen, just do it progresive and don't stay in the sun until You became a fried chicken, tanning is good for skin health, but of course dont overdo it. I heard that progresive exposure without sunscreen will help your skin to adapt and make it healthier.
