Sup boarding aka Stand Up Paddle boarding. It’s got pretty popular in the past couple of years.
I’ll be spending another 2 weeks at the seaside and I think that’s a great activity apart from swimming.
Do you guys think such activities are good for training to develop more muscle, cuz there are no gyms around here?
