Is supraorbital/brow projection like this possible with implants?

Is supraorbital and brow projection to this degree achievable with eppley implants and maybe calcium based fillers down the line on top? Or is that much added projection too risky

One would likely need a cosmetic orbital decompression as well to try achieving this look if their eyes themselves dont sit far back enough in the socket
