surgery can only take you so far.

first, you have to have the basis for surgery to work. many trucel faces could never be fixed even by 1000 operations by eppley himself.

and secondly, you have to be able to adjust to life from there. theres lots who get surgery and stay mentalcel, personalitycel, and confidencel bc after a life of being treated like shit and feeling subhuman it's difficult to adjust to life as anything else and get rid of their inferiority complex, or still are too autistic to be able to understand sex or relationships in any capacity.

Well, first of all, to me the biggest pill ever in term of esthetics comes from the skull itself. You can clearly see it by looking at peoples, even at some CT scans on eppley's site for example. Some dudes just got so unlucky at birth that, just as it was said above, the only saving grace would be total head transplant.

Then it comes down to lots of things. Surgery in itself is risky no matter what, but the esthetic outcome depends on the surgeon, the design (if talking about implants for ex), the way your soft tissues are going to respond to it etc...

But yea, it's literally the only true option that can ascend you.
