Is surgery first bimax with a class 3 bite possible?

Waiting a year for braces is brutal idk what to do. I know I'm recessed and need the bimax but could getting a large advancement genio as well as fixing my bite thru braces be enough or is a trimax needed? I also just turned 18 so there might be a possibility to use roids/gh to help with some of the issues, what do you guys think?

i never said it would. i said to not get the bimax and correct my bite thru braces as well as getting a genioplasty. I feel like my chin is the most recessed part of my face. Do you think in my case its worth it to decompensate for a year or do the ortho plus genio
