If your nose is clogged you need to fix your allergy with meds/diet/etc

Depends; if it's a deviated septum, a septoplasty could help; if it's an airway issue, a palate expander like MSE, FME, or MARPE could also be useful.

Recovery for the latter takes much longer and requires braces.
