Is surgery pretty much pointless unless you have a good base to begin with?

After a good time devoted to research, I noticed the people who actually ascend have a good base to begin with, just a bad deformation, like an overly recessed jaw. If I really have no good parts of my face, what's the point?

-Ptosis on left (my right eye)
-Jaw looks good on left, basic on right
-Eyebrows sparse
-Recessed hairline
-Broken nose
-Midface ratio 1.0
-Overall uneven asymmetrical face

I put a line down and split my face. Nothing is symmetrical. It's like 2 difference faces


How the hell do you ascend from this without looking like MJ, if you actually can?
And I don't mean do 5-6 surgeries, drop 50k just to gain +0.2PSL

Was thinking the same things, with a rhinoplasty to add, but honestly, how much would this improve me really? That's like 40-50k worth of surgeries, and maybe 3-4 years of just plain healing
Ptosis can be kind of fixed, and eye fillers give the illusion of hunter eyes, or something close to it

Other than that I see my brows are sparse (which I have no idea how to fix) and receding hairline, which I'm thinking of getting a hair system done (luckily I can kind of afford the maintenance)

Your bones are above average.. which is great news as implants/osteotomies are what eat up money. Simple upper eyelid fillers and a rhino (not as expensive) + a Hair transplant would significantly improve your looks and are also a great bang for your buck.

I genuinely think your front face ratios aren't that bad... i think that a simple rhino will help you out whilst being cost effective,, instead of going for a full bimax. Theres plently of people that are recessed that go the mainstream rhino only route and end up better looking. Your eye area needs to improve a lot and other than fillers im not very knowledgable on what will help you out in that regard.

I would go the fillers route.
A good fillers injector, can also focus on symmatry maxing and makeing features moreasthetic. Probs better short term results then operation.

Thank you for your input. The asymmetry I'm starting to think comes from my jaw being misaligned due to a recessed maxilla. Please check a few posts above you for a maxilla forward projection if it will change your mind
