Is surgery really the way?

Wouldn't a girl prefer a guy who's naturally good-looking over somebody who had multiple surgeries? This really had me thinking.
I do plan on getting surgeries when I am older but what if it's a turn off for women? When they find out that you don't naturally look like that?
What if your goal is to have kids? They would look different too. Correct me if I am wrong though.

People feel more drawn to others that they think are "natural" or they think theyre effortless, they subconsciously resent u to an extent when it comes to that bias once they find out you're a tryhard.

Although this doesn't apply to this situation here, you're supposed to get surgeries that make you look good but not bimbo, and you should never let them know regardless
