I want deeper set eyes or a least more attractive eyes thats the thing that really makes my face look so bad and my eyes as a kid was much better, so the question is like is surgery the only option here or is there any biohacking or like looxmaxing stuff i could do to make my eye bowns better etc..
And is it the eyes that make my face less attractive or is it the eyebrown era like the bones etc.

Fat only can also be done, there is a guy in Tokyo who offers fat only, some in US also do bone + fat but will mostly do bone, I think UK/EU will generally do bone. But with fat there is a high possibility of reducing IPD which will make you a cyclops if you aren't high IPD pre-op. You have to ask to remove specifically lateral quadrant fat to avoid this.
