Pretty sure there isnt a surgery that can fix this also surgeries for eyes are very dangerous too, i have this same asymmetry so ig we can both cope about it together

one of the most brutal failos unfortunately op can get infras and run with it and try to max out everything else since I don't think he'd be willing to get obo (understandably)

Would have been more explicit to send a full front profile instead of 2 separate pictures.

If indeed you have a NCT on one eye, go consult an ophthalmologist or an occuloplastic surgeon. In theory, they could proceed with a canthoplasty only on the negatively tilted eye. I don't see the issue.
