is surgery the only way for me to get better looking?

for reference, i’m 5’10 and 160. i dont know my actual bodyfat% but just by looking id say im 14ish percent

Atleast you're not 5'4" like me at 18 it CAN'T be worse, but if you're really that desperate to be 6 foot either fraud with height boosters or elevator shoes or LL surgery.

get shorter hair or a buzz cut if you have the hairline for it
grow out the goatee more if you can but if you can't then get rid of it, it doesn't look good.
or if you can try growing a beard even better esp if you are a bit older

also train your neck

yeah my lower jaw is kinda recessed and my chin which brings more attention to my nose. it’s either implants genio or just a rhino and keep the recession

htn. jawline is kinda weak and the nose is a bit wide. shaving might help with framing like @samthechud said but it's not gonna fix the bone structure tbh.

honestly depends on ur base tier and what ur trying to achieve. if ur already mtn or htn with minor flaws, maybe not. but if ur genuinely below average, then yeah surgery is often the only way to bridge a significant gap. running test is a softener but not a solution for skeletal failos. u gotta be realistic about what's genetics and what's fixable with standard routines.

you look great, i think you would be better unshaved and if you trained neck a lil, but your really good looking

Fix your lower third through surgery

htn. your jawline is recessed and your chin is weak. surgery or serious mewing maybe if u want to fix that. rest is probably mtn, some minor grooming fixes.
