Is surgery the only way to fix a recessed maxilla?

If so what surgery is the best for a recessed maxilla?

The Le Fort surgery/surgeries.

Surgical method used to move the maxilla forward.

There's different 'levels' to it.

Lefort 1 brings the upper jaw (maxilla) forward.

Lefort 2 brings the upper jaw and nose forward.

Lefort 3 moves the entire face foward, including the eye sockets.

Also I'd recommend changing your profile picture before you get flamed for it. It's something a tiktokcel would use, and tiktokcels are hated on .org.
