This shit is like only 3 months old and the plastic is already going of, i wear it every night. The only thing concerning me is that the plastic that goes off, has to go somewhere, obviously i swallow that plastic.

Does the plastic remain in my body and could cause harm?

I don’t really worry too much. Your other option is to get permanent retainers. If you don’t wear any retainers at all, your teeth will just get raped and go back to how they used to be.
