i used melanotan. It made me sexy af and for the second time in my life when i walked outside girls actually looked at me or said hello with a big smile. My girlfriend pointed out when girls looked at me even when i didnt see it.

The anhedonia is very real tho. I dont have any desire for anything sex related even after a year and my GF is the one initiating sex tbh. Sex still feels awesome, but the drive to be dominant is gone, even when i work out and my test is high.
