It’s genetic
Chico had midline deviation still his face is almost perfect in simmetry

To an extent yes, but that is just the difference between 98% and 99% symmetry, people are asymmetric now because of useless stupid foid “mothers”: older mothers causing more defects, leaving babies on their backs, feeding them goyslop and not breastfeeding etc.
