Not worried about getting high levels of the same vitamins that are in each of those pills?

No taking one isnt useful since they just put in the vitamins in the least absorbable form to save on costs. Better supplementing the more important things like magnesium independtly.

Įts not like excessively too much will be absorbed and this one you have to take 2 at once by default.
