I'm trying to increase HGH levels for

bonemass
height growth
lean muscle
faster fat loss
better skin(glowing skin) and better hair

so is taking L- arginine+ L- ornithine (supplement) good for a 15yo ? and does it have like any side effects and which supplement brand should i take and how much (mcg,mg,g,etc.) a day?

thats just like eating meat and the hgh released from the supplements isnt enough

L- ornithine: 2g a day
is that enough?
i asked chatgpt and he said yeah it's more than enough? what do you think?

is that enough?

its a short term hgh release so its not helpful and try to get amino acids from real food at a young age

idk why but i feel pills are way better than the food {not all foods} idk why (placebo effect probably)

real food gives you more than 1 specific amino acid so its still better to eat real food

yeah but like pills or supplement give you that single thing you want to increase, I don't want other things, I want like one Thing to take it in alot of amounts instead of eating it with other nutrients, you feel me?

but real food makes it easier for your body to absorb the amino acid

im pretty sure amino acids are easier to abosrb from real foods

Supplements are harder to absorb, you're not going to grow taller from taking pills as substitute for food
