Is taking meds against hypothyroidism for height coping?

I have hypothyroidism (did a blood test) and because of that my hormons are lower than they could be. Could me taking the meds for that actually like boost my height since Ive kinda missed out on that potential height? Im almost 16 and 172 cm. Ive heard about cases where people like get extra height bc of that. Id prefer an answer from someone that might know about that idk.

Yes, you will gain height. I'm not sure of the opinions of a lot of people on here but literally just looking at the clinical data it's not even just vague correlation studies it's an actual direct cause of delayed puberty, delayed/slowed growth and is a main one. there was someone who was 115cm at 17 then underwent hypothyroidism medication and grew to 158cm in 4 years lmfao that's a 2 foot growth spurt and his bone age was only 14 at 21 lmfao he's probably 5'6 now or something which is impressive.

TLDR; Yes it'll help a fuck ton just based off of the clincal evidence.
