I started with doing like smalltalk with dudes and just approaching them asking for smth like what time is it
From there if a person fw me i would just talk w him more and that way train my social skills
Although im still kinda high inhib it kinda got a little better but i realized there will be awkward moments and i will have 2 overcome my fear of talking 2 people
The thing w pregab and benzos is they only like removed my physical symptoms but let me feel chill.
But the mental anxiety is still there
But if u wanna talk 2 girls maybe start doing smalltalk w dudes who are w girls in a group so girls just join in
Or just ignore my shitty explanation cuz i generally suck @ explaining lol
