I mean stuff like the vitamins that have multiple in one.
Either way, what’s a good vitamin stack that’s affordable for a 15yo?

They're toxic. This is a very common phenomenon that confuses these mainstream retards in nutrition/health. Supplements do not have the same outcomes as getting these nutrients from food.

You prob won’t ascend taking vitamins but there’s no downside to taking vitamins and minerals you’re deficient in for general health. Multivitamins are shit tho. If you want a good stack: vitamin d3 + k2, zinc + copper, magnesium glycinate, creatine, vitamin c, fish oil/omega 3’s. These won’t change you drastically but nothing wrong with improving your health

Goatis said so?
I've always been against synthetics, it's always best to get it straight from the source and just improve your diet if you're struggling with malnutrition. Goatis says so because it's logic, he's a better thinker than you clearly

yes, youre right obv. but the reality is some ppl have a shit diet and vitamins are better than nothing for general health

much better to get vitamins from food as the vitamins from food are absorbed at a much higher percentage rather than from supplements

Things like vitamin D is not in food or at least not enough, u can't see the sun in days here. U can't think for yourself.
Having a diet that consists everything needs money for it, some may not have it.

There are plenty dude. :feelskek: Okay, sure, they don't go as far as to say they are straight up toxic & straight-up ineffective, but at some point you have to put two & two together. To be fair, I would only say Vitamins & Minerals themselves are a piece of the puzzle albeit a large one (which is why natural food mogs pharmaceuticals & supplementation).

Obviously natural food mogs that's water but surely supplements are better than nothing
