You prob won’t ascend taking vitamins but there’s no downside to taking vitamins and minerals you’re deficient in for general health. Multivitamins are shit tho. If you want a good stack: vitamin d3 + k2, zinc + copper, magnesium glycinate, creatine, vitamin c, fish oil/omega 3’s. These won’t change you drastically but nothing wrong with improving your health

There are plenty dude. Okay, sure, they don't go as far as to say they are straight up toxic & straight-up ineffective, but at some point you have to put two & two together. To be fair, I would only say Vitamins & Minerals themselves are a piece of the puzzle albeit a large one (which is why natural food mogs pharmaceuticals & supplementation).
