Is tattoomaxxing to look more NT legit?

I want to get something done this summer. Something that doesn't stand out too much but something that is also clearly visible. Somewhere on my arm perhaps.
I think bicep tattoos look cool but the problem is I only started gymcelling and i'm still a twink so a tattoo there would look cringe at the moment.
Does anyone know any other good places?

If you get something make sure you don’t regret it. Tho remember this, is not about the tattoo, is who has it... the same tattoo can look cringe or cool depending on the person. The same philosophy as “is not about the car you drive, is who’s driving it”.

Its a myth tbh. I dated the daughter of a very very rich ex soviet politician and she didnt give 2 flying fucks if I was low status or not. Its all about looks, especially in the 20-30 age bracket.
