Is tazarotene + azelaic acid + tretinion + accutane good?

Either up your dose of the isotret, or hard switch to a topical retinoid, running both is pointless. as for choosing a retinoid, pick one

tazarotene or tretinoin​

azelaic acid is good to add anyways for any topical retinoid treatment

I would recommend start with 0.025% tret cream and azelaic acid. work ur way up all the % of tret than taz if you need it (most ppl are good with 0.025 (lowest dose) tret anyways). Azelaic acid is good either way, you can do 10%, 15%, 20%, higher percents basically just work faster but can be slightly more irritating so again you should start with 10% or 15% and see how that works
