turns out he got a portion of the temporal muscle removed but not actual bone shaving.

seems like decent results? looks like it was evened out a bit.

you could get even better results with shaving im assuming.

i didnt think about that.

i assume not tho since i dont think they would offer that surgery if it did cause issues.

maybe it does tho idk tbh, and idk what those issues would even look like.

My face is tier 4 wide from the cheeks up to the too of the eyebrows but my jaw rounds down below, and my features and skull above the eyebrows are normal width.
