Week 3/12 on 250mg test cyp, still feel normal, had a placebo of confidence first week but that went away, definitely seeing bloating around my face and lower stomach but I’m going to hop back on 1-3mg of reta for 8 weeks.
Balls have shrunken tho so I just started 300iu of hcg..

Should I add anything else? What is there to expect from this cycle, from your guys experience? Should I add anything on?

dnr but yes test it self is useless, use an ai so it doesn't convert to estrogen

I’m getting bloods done after the new years but so far besides the bloating I’m not seeing any estrogenic sides

It wont be useless, but you can develop gynecomastia cause of testosterone conversion to estrogen also you will need treatment for your hairloss.

Yes, that would be a great solution; also at the worse case scenario you can just get a surgery.

Test is pretty much the gold standard for anabolics. Least side effects at non exorbitant doses. But it depends, some people barely respond to anabolics or hypertrophy training, others blow the fuck up from even smaller doses. Keep lifting and give it at least 12 weeks before you can really judge

You will feel the changes don’t stress it and don’t overdose it just because.

250mg test is not a cycle lol, this is trt. atleast go for a longer timeframe than 12 weeks, testosterone doesnt even saturate in your blood until week 5.

It takes 4 weeks at least for test to kick in as I can see you probably should not be taking test if ur expecting instant effects from it and your knowledge is probably extremely low you should just keep training naturally bro until u have knowledge on this subject or your just gonna fuck urself up in the long term
