Just got my bloodwork back and my test is 857 ng/dl with 88 pg/ml free test completely natural. Im 19 so it makes sense its this high but im wondering if anyone thinks this is a significant enough reason to not do AAS given I don't plan on taking >500 test weekly.

dont touch gear with a level like that unless you want to compete professionally in bodybuilding imo

Is the moncler shirt supposed to be a clavicular reference, im confused lol @King.epstein

Just looked back at this, where im from we use different measurements and i presumed your free was high normal along with your total test...

but now looking it seems to be mid reference range, with implies you have quite high SHBG and or albumin

this makes test more viable but still know that any decent amount of time on anabolics will likely permanently reduce your natural test output

yeah I was looking into that but I didn't find much meaningful conclusive evidence on natty test levels being permanently reduced its just harder to bring the levels back up (depending on the person)

100%, just wanted to hear peoples opinions on whether they thought a jump from 800s to a relatively low super-physiological figure would be worth it (generally speaking).

anecdotal reports suggest guys getting around 2/3rds of natty test back after significant AAS usage (wide variability, some better/worse)

Ive seen this, interesting but has important uncontrolled variables and losing a permanent 131 ng/dl is not exactly significant IMO.

moderate/ high, google is free bud
Its not high by any means, its actually low-medium like I said. You don't know what your talking about obviously, your SHBG and other factors for impacting free T must be high. This can mean that even if total test is >800ng/dl the usable 'free testosterone' is not and you don't have built in steroids or magically put on muscle 3x the speed of the average human.
In reality you likely have average test as free test is the most important metric.
Hop on gear if you want to build muscle and can commit, if not dont.

This study displays how that score of 88 pg/ml makes you fall into roughly the 25th percentile of men aged 20-29 which means 75% of datapoints (other men) had higher scores:
